 The wrong language May 25, 2009

I received this book very excited that it was coming. Once it arrived and I started perusing, I noticed that the book was in a different language. The book was from the UK. I thought if a book were in several different languages there would be at least an indication to that and a choice. Instead I waited just to receive something that I could not use. The job that I was purchasing the book for has since passed so I've returned the book and am waiting ardently for my refund. AMAZON Please Please Please offer language information if the book will not be shipped in English. It saves your customers a lot of time. I still have not received my refund so I am contesting this amount with my credit card company. What a nightmare! Sincerely, Renee
